After more than nine years of dedicated service, we send our best wishes to Sharon Blecha who will be retiring from Millcreek Gardens on June 28, 2024. Sharon is our wonderful Sales & Customer Service Specialist and has worked at Millcreek since the Spring of 2015.
She initially joined our team as a seasonal employee in the Production Department and quickly made her mark. In the Fall, she transitioned to a full-time role as our Office and Growing Support Technician. As this was a new role for our company, Sharon’s responsibilities evolved, and she became our indispensable Sales & Customer Service Specialist.
In this role, Sharon has been the backbone of our inside sales team, managing everything from answering phones and entering orders to sending order confirmations and assisting with customer pickups. She has ensured our office runs smoothly by handling tasks like ordering supplies and keeping office forms stocked. Since 2020, Sharon has also been taking and sending the photos featured in our weekly Availability newsletter.
When not working in the office, Sharon could be found assisting in various growing areas, including production and propagation, across the summer, fall, and winter seasons. Her pleasant attitude and kind spirit have brightened our workplace each day.
We congratulate Sharon on her well-deserved retirement and extend our heartfelt gratitude for her years of dedicated service.
