Joe joined Millcreek as Facilities Lead in the fall of 2025, bringing over 22 years of experience in new construction and home remodeling. His background includes 11 years in apartment maintenance, where he managed full-unit remodels and major property improvement projects.

Although Joe originally went to school for auto mechanics, his passion for construction and custom home remodeling led him to pursue that career path while keeping auto work as a lifelong hobby.

Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, camping, and working on his classic and race cars. A dedicated motorsports enthusiast, he participates in a variety of auto racing events and occasionally takes on custom home projects for the enjoyment of hands-on craftsmanship.
