This year marks a special milestone at Millcreek Gardens—Kurt’s 5-year anniversary! 

Kurt Dresback joined us in the spring of 2019 as a Seasonal Shipping Worker, ensuring plants were prepped, wrapped, and loaded with care. His dedication and strong work ethic quickly stood out, leading him to a full-time role in 2021. Since then, he’s taken on increasing responsibility, including the role of Order Staging Coordinator in 2022. Now, he oversees order quality, rack staging, and shipping logistics—all while keeping spirits high with his positive energy!

But Kurt brings more than just hard work—he brings joy. With jokes that make us laugh, candy and snacks that brighten our days, and a heart as grand as they come, he’s a true team player. Whether he’s handing out roses, sharing Christmas cheer, or ensuring each plant is checked with care, his kindness and reliability never waver.

Outside of work, Kurt enjoys hiking, binge-watching Marvel movies, and, of course, delivering legendary puns that keep us all entertained. Like a true superhero, he ships smiles out every day!
