Madison joined the Millcreek team in early 2024 as a Growing Coordinator in our IMPACT and PRO#1 department. Not long after, she was promoted to Assistant Grower of IMPACT and PRO#1 Perennials in July of 2024.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Conservation and Sustainability from the University of New Hampshire. During her time at UNH, she interned at Hip Peas Farm, gaining valuable experience in sustainable vegetable farming. Additionally, Madison was a dedicated member of the Women’s Swimming & Diving team for four seasons, serving as captain for two of those years!

Madison cultivated a love for plants while gardening with her dad as a kid. They still garden and grow flowers together every year. Madison is a true plant lover – every window in her house is also filled with plants. 

In her free time, she likes to go on walks with her dog, go birding, and spend time with her family. She also enjoys baking, taking care of her plants, and spending time outdoors.
