After graduating from the University of New Hampshire with a degree in Environmental Conservation and Sustainability, Madison joined Millcreek in early 2024 as a Growing Coordinator in the IMPACT and PRO#1 department. Her dedication and drive quickly stood out, and she was promoted to Assistant Grower of IMPACT and PRO#1 Perennials in July 2024. Since then, her knowledge and confidence have continued to grow—and we’re excited to now celebrate her promotion to Section Grower in Summer 2025.

While at UNH, Madison interned at Hip Peas Farm, gaining valuable experience in sustainable vegetable production. She was also a dedicated student-athlete, competing on the Women’s Swimming & Diving team for four seasons and serving as captain for two.

Madison’s love for plants started early, gardening with her dad—a tradition they still share today. She’s a true plant enthusiast, with nearly every window in her home filled with greenery.

Outside of work, Madison enjoys walking her dog, birding, baking, spending time outdoors, and being with her family.
