PROFILE
After graduating from the University of New Hampshire with a degree in Environmental Conservation and Sustainability, Madison joined Millcreek in early 2024 as a Growing Coordinator in the IMPACT and PRO#1 department. Her dedication and initiative quickly set her apart, leading to a promotion to Assistant Grower of IMPACT and PRO#1 Perennials in July 2024. Since then, her expertise and confidence have continued to grow, and we’re excited to celebrate her promotion to Section Grower in Summer 2025.
In December 2025, Madison further strengthened her professional credentials by earning her Greenhouse Section Grower Certification through AmericanHort. This rigorous program, taught by experienced horticulture professionals, equips growers with advanced technical skills, business knowledge, and the scientific understanding needed to improve plant health, optimize workflows, and enhance overall production efficiency.
While at UNH, Madison interned at Hip Peas Farm, gaining hands-on experience in sustainable vegetable production. She was also a dedicated student-athlete, competing on the Women’s Swimming & Diving team for four seasons and serving as team captain for two.
Madison’s passion for plants began early, gardening alongside her dad—a tradition they continue to share today. A true plant enthusiast, nearly every window in her home is filled with greenery.
Outside of work, Madison enjoys walking her dog, birding, baking, spending time outdoors, and spending time with her family.
