On July 1, 2018 MEGAN ARMSTRONG Celebrated her 20 year Anniversary with Millcreek Gardens!

In 1998, she joined our team as the IMPACT Department Production Supervisor. She led the charge of getting the IMPACT containers planted each day according to the production schedule. At that time the potting took place around a flat-top farm wagon and by manually dumping 3 cubic foot bags of soil. After a couple of years of Production, Megan began assisting with growing the IMPACT Perennials out in the growing areas and became a manager in the IMPACT Department where her duties expanded to include crop planning, order picking, and overseeing the care of plants in the IMPACT area.

Megan regularly contributed to office functions including creating and sending the Availability and various other computer network or technology items. In the Fall of 2009, Megan transitioned into the office as the Business Office Manager and in 2012 she was given the additional responsibility of Assistant General Manager. She has been instrumental in the adoption of our current Growing Software system as well as most all of the technology the company has invested in over the last 10 years. Her leadership has contributed to the success of Millcreek in many ways. She is articulate, professional, hardworking, and dedicated to Millcreek and her family.
THANK YOU MEGAN!
CONGRATULATIONS!!
