In early April, we had the privilege of celebrating Sara Gribble, our Inventory Planning and Purchasing Director, for her milestone of 15 years at Millcreek. 

In 2011, after graduating from The Ohio State University Agricultural Technical Institute with an Associate’s Degree in Horticulture Science, Sara joined Millcreek as a coordinator Shipping. Sara was promoted to her current role in 2015. 

Sara’s role is one of vital importance to the company, and she is one of the main players operating behind the scenes to make sure everything runs smoothly. Sara manages all of our production schedules, plant products, hard-good products, and Millcreek tags, while also being the point of contact for many of our suppliers. As if that wasn’t enough, Sara is constantly stepping up to the plate and being a team player when needed in the Shipping, Production, Propagation, and the Nursery departments. 

Her discipline, attention to detail, and positive attitude is evident in all that she does, and we appreciate all the hard work that she has put in over the years.
