Recently we celebrated a very special milestone for one of our longest tenured employees – Happy 35 years to Mark Noble, our Facilities Coordinator!

Mark joined Millcreek in 1991, just after our conservatory was built. Since then, he has had a hand in building nearly all the greenhouses that are on our property, and is currently working on a few more! Mark could probably tell you the location of every gas, electric, or water line on the property, and is able to fix any problem that the day-to-day of nursery production may throw at him. His many years of both maintenance and nursery experience have made him an invaluable asset to our team. Everyday he comes to work ready to tackle both the little repairs and the long term projects that we ask of him, and is always willing to go above and beyond for the team– for example, during this very snowy winter for Millcreek, Mark often came in outside of work hours to plow and prepare the property for success the next day. A task like this just proves how hard Mark works to stay on top of maintenance so that our daily operations go smoothly.
It would be no exaggeration to say that Mark has helped build this company up in more ways than one over his 35 years here, and we are so grateful for his continued presence, expertise, and dedication.
Thank you for everything, Mark, and happy 35 years!
