In March of 2026, we celebrated a MAJOR milestone at Millcreek – the 5 year  anniversary of several of our seasonal H2A team members.

Congratulations to Bob, David, Jorge, Luis G., Marco, Pancho, Rafa, and Sergio!

Bob, thank you for 5 great seasons with the Millcreek team. Everyone knows that if you want a job done correctly and thoroughly, Bob is the guy to call. He is a team player, constantly making sure that the whole team has everything that they need to succeed, and is a great mentor to those just starting out. He takes on extra responsibilities for the sake of others, and is already ready with a good story to lighten the mood. Thank you, Bob, for all that you do.

In 2021, we launched the H2A program, and it is incredible to see that seven of them are still with us today. They are more than just the original team; they are the roots of this program who helped us find our footing and build the foundation of where we are today with 30+ H2A workers.

Over the last five years, they have become the backbone of what we do. Whether they are playing a key role in propagation, working in the nursery, or ensuring our production and shipping schedules stay on track, their contributions are woven into every success we’ve had.

We know that being part of the Millcreek team means being away from your homes, your friends, and your families, and we are deeply grateful that you choose to work with us at Millcreek, helping us grow season after season.

Son más que el equipo original; son las raíces de este programa, que nos ayudaron a encontrar nuestro camino y a sentar las bases de lo que somos hoy, con más de 30 trabajadores H2A.

En los últimos cinco años, se han convertido en la columna vertebral de lo que hacemos. Ya sea desempeñando un papel clave en la propagación, trabajando en el vivero o asegurándose de que nuestros calendarios de producción y envío se mantengan al día, sus contribuciones están entretejidas en cada uno de los éxitos que hemos logrado.

Sabemos que formar parte del equipo de Millcreek significa estar lejos de vuestros hogares, vuestros amigos y vuestras familias, y os estamos profundamente agradecidos por haber elegido trabajar con nosotros en Millcreek, ayudándonos a crecer temporada tras temporada.
