Hunter joined Millcreek in the Spring of 2021 as a Seasonal Shipping Worker where he completed various tasks in our shipping department getting plants ready for our customers. In the winter of 2022 he joined our full-time team as the Supermarket Coordinator in the Shipping Department. His responsibilities including coordinating our supermarket shoppers and customer order fulfillment as well as addressing any issues that arose. Hunter also oversaw the application of pre-pricing stickers to those orders for customers enrolled in our additional Pre-Pricing Service. In the Fall of 2022, Hunter transitioned to the role of Growing Coordinator where his daily activities support the work of the Assistant Grower and Section Grower in our Quart perennial department  in growing the highest quality perennials! During our peak shipping season Hunter leads a pulling team and selects the best plants possible to ship to our customers.

Hunter grew up in Northern Indiana having spent most of his time playing sports. His interest in plants began while teaching Outdoor and Environmental Education classes to local school groups at a camp in Southern Michigan. Outside of work Hunter enjoys being in nature, spending time with friends, and eating yummy food.
